Certificate Ordering Instructions

All my certificates are original creations, the signatures are computer generated and are not actual signers. These documents may not be used for official purposes and violators can be prosecuted. 

Internet Orders:

note - for security reasons, I can only accept Credit Card orders via the internet

note - I do not sell blank Certificates

note - as a rule we do not require a copy of your DD-214 or DD215

note - you do not need an existing PayPal account, nor do you need to set one up to purchase direct from the web site.

If you want to include additional information on your certificate, such as a brief description of the actual citation or additional unit info, you may do so using the 2 info boxes on the order form or you can email us this info after you have placed the order, and we will tie it into your order.

Each Box on the order form contains room for approximately 2 lines of text.

At minimum, you should include your Rank, Full Name, Award Date, Unit and Location at time of award. Also include an Action date for awards given in a war zone.

Mail in Orders:

if you want to mail me an order that's OK, I accept Checks and Money Orders made payable to  Robert Neener

Process your order as though you were going to pay on-line, and once you've selected your certificates,

1.  click on the View Cart button

2.  print the View Cart Page

note - the View Cart page will have all the necessary information for me to process your order and will contain my mailing address and total cost including excluding shipping, I do not charge shipping for mail in orders because I do not have the processing fees that are related to credit card orders.

3.  Mail me your payment and the print-out
